2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on our website.

Please note:

  • orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays;
  • processing times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, or holidays;
  • orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where available.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to that location.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and shipping carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days
  • International: 5 to 14 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or customs processing, delivery may take longer.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered, this will be displayed on the website or at checkout and may be subject to conditions such as minimum order value, destination, or promotional periods.

6. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, local taxes, and handling charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs procedures may also cause delays that are outside our control.

8. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • customs clearance;
  • carrier disruptions;
  • weather conditions;
  • public holidays;
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
  • high seasonal demand;
  • product launches or high order volumes.

Harajuku Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

9. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and this results in failed delivery, delay, return of the parcel, or additional charges, any extra shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@harajukustudio.com if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@harajukustudio.com.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • with household members or neighbors;
  • your safe place or delivery instructions;
  • your local carrier or delivery point.

We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, unless required by applicable law.

11. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we may deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, or other incurred costs from your refund, where permitted by law.

12. Split Shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you will be notified where possible.

13. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is offered on a pre-order or backorder basis, the estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.

14. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
